What Uhuru's legal team has said after the elections were nullified

It’s back to the ballot for Kenyans.

It has been determined by the Supreme Court that the elections have not been conducted in a fair manner so it’s back to the ballot for Kenyans after the courts nullified Uhuru’s reelection.

After the court’s decision Uhuru’s team through Lawyer AhmedNasir Abdullahi said this “I have variously talked about the enormous powers enjoyed by this court, but obviously from my client’s perspective it’s not powers that have been exercised with judicial wisdom. My Lord as we wait for your reasoned judgment my client who has won this election by a majority of 1.4 Million wants to see in your judgment how the irregularities alleged to have affected the results will obliterate that 1.4 Million. "

Before adding “My Lord its obvious that this is a very political decision you have made this morning, but we will leave without consequences and as you have ordered we will wait for the date that the first respondent will fix so that again my client will show that the will of people will again prevail. I must oblige ”

“The will of the people will be expressed again.” He said outside court.
