Before getting into TV, NTV’s Grace Ekirapa went to Bible school and later got into music. So one day she got a chance to present her CD to her previous boss at KBC and that is when she made her TV pitch by declaring that she was also interested in television.

Her courage paid off as she was given a chance to start out as a guest co-host before she was finally handed a slot in 2012 where she worked before getting poached by NTV in 2016.

“I was still at KBC when I got this job. It was God’s timing because people would often tell me, “You need to be at another station” and at some point, I almost succumbed to the pressure. But one thing about me is, I believe God directs me in everything that I need to do. I’m always patient.” Ekirapa told Nation.

Well her patience has paid off as she is not only one of the most sought-after gospel hosts around but has also gotten a reputation as one of the hottest too.
