Tanzanian model and actress Wema Sepetu came out to clear the air following Zari Hassan’s allegations that she was involved with Diamond.
While speaking to BBC Swahili Dira ya Dunia in London earlier, Zari said that the act of Diamond getting intimate with Wema at WCB singer Mbosso’s launch party in January, was the reason why she dumped Diamond.
“Diamond and I have broken up. In other words, it is done! I blocked him since videos showing him cozying up to his ex-girlfriend, went viral online.” She said.
Following Zari’s assertions, Wema Sepetu has distanced herself from Zari and Diamond break up adding that Zari Hassan should dig and find out what really happened because she was not in any way involved with Diamond.
Photos emerged of Wema and Diamond embracing each other and seemingly kissing.
The photo broke the internet receiving wide criticisms from Zari Hassan fans.
Speaking about the picture that went Viral of her and Diamond seemingly cuddling in the Wasafi event, the model said the photo was misleading since she did not kiss Diamond as people say.
Wema Sepetu however stated that her chemistry with Diamond is still there owing to their past relationship but they are just good allies.
The actress said she was invited into to WCB event as a friend and hugging Diamond was just out of friendship since that’s how she greets all her buddies.
Wema Sepetu denied claims that she has been involved with the Tanzanian star adding that they are just relate well as friends.
She stated that other photos that may be in the internet portraying the two cuddling are of the past since they were in an on and off relationship.
Sepetu clarified that the two had not been talking before owing to their broken relationship in the past. But they finally decided to put their differences aside and they are now good friends.
