Online dating is not for the faint hearted!
You need a lot of patience to deal with all the morons out there masquerading as rich or nice men while they're actually creeps in real life. If you have tried Tinder at one point, then you're well aware of what I am talking about. Dating apps are not the best way to find your potential husband, if you're just looking for friends, a fling or rebound then that's cool. But hey, to each his own.
Now, in most scenarios, men are expected to make the first move, right? Like you always expect the man to be the one to say hi first cause there's this notion that if a woman initiates a conversation, she will appear desperate. Well there's a dating app where women must initiate the conversation.
The app goes by the name Bumble and it's available on both iOS and Android.
Bumble works just like Tinder, where after downloading the app and putting up your bio and pics, you start swiping. Swiping to the right means you like the person and left means he ain't shit. So if you swipe right and it's a match, meaning the person you've swiped right on likes you too, you as the woman have to initiate the conversation first failure to which, the match expires in 24 hours.
A man cannot initiate the conversation, however, he has the option to use the daily 24-hour extend feature or a SuperSwipe!
The app is all about empowering women and instilling confidence in them as well as creating a safe dating space. Basically, with Bumble, the woman has the say.
The best thing about this app is you cannot talk to someone you do not want to.
Have you tried Bumble?
