The legislator affiliated to Jubilee Party was nabbed on Friday morning at the Central Bank of Kenya headquarters for allegedly trading fake Treasury bills worth Sh633 million.
Mr Keter was arrested with two other individuals - a Mr Arthur Ingolo Sakwa, and Madat Suburali Chatur - purported directors of Desai Industries by the Anti-Banking Fraud Unit.

Confirming the arrest CBK communication director Wallace Kantai said: "The three individuals have been arrested for presenting forged Treasury Bills purportedly issued by the CBK in the 1990s".
