Jaguar warns Babu Owino days after making peace

They recently made peace

Starehe Member of Parliament Charles Njagua popularly known as Jaguar has warned his Embakasi East counterpart, days after the two called for a truce after their fight in parliament last year.

Jaguar who had accompanied Deputy President William Ruto for a tour of the Coast warned Babu that he would beat him up, if he abused the president again.

“You recently saw me fight a young man called Babu Owino and I forgave him… but I told him the politics of insults is over and If he insults our president again or Raila Odinga, I will beat him again because we want politics of development,” said Jaguar.

Jaguar said there are many youthful MPs in parliament who will come together and preach unity and to move the country forward.

This comes just days after they both announced that they had reconciled their differences and had promised to work together to bring development to their constituents.

They also revealed that their truce was inspired by the bold move made by opposition leader Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta to work together to develop the nation and bring to an end a seven month political stalemate that the country has been experiencing since August last year.
