However, the Canadian-based Kenyan lawyer warned that the youth in Kenya would not heed Odinga’s advice , given his essential role in salvaging the Opposition Leader's political career.

“You can only ignore Miguna at your own peril, even Raila Odinga knows that. It is easier said than done. The youth in Kenya and in Nairobi will not ignore me – they listen to me”. They are not going to listen to anybody saying ignore Miguna.”

Courageous decision

“They are not going to listen to somebody telling them to ignore only person who validated Raila Odinga’s victory. The only person that protected Raila Odinga from being relegated to the dustbin of political history,”

He added that if it were not for his courageous decision to swear in the NASA leader, then “we would be singing dirges at Raila’s funeral”.

Despite the disagreements with NASA operatives, the NRM general stated that the enemy was Jubilee adding that his statement was only meant to set the record straight.
