The NASA coalition has announced that it will from tomorrow stage mega demonstrations if lawyer Miguna Miguna is not produced to them by Tuesday 3pm.

The announcement was made by the coalitions Minority Leader in the National Assembly, outside of the Milimani Courts after a heated session where the state failed to produce Miguna for the third time.

Charged in Kajiado

An assistant counsel in the Directorate of Public Prosecutions claimed that the outspoken lawyer was charged at a Kajiado court on Tuesday morning.

However, the excuse was not well received by Miguna's lawyers who protested that the state was acting in bad faith.

Judge Luka Kimaru

High Court judge Luka Kimaru had initially ordered for the self-declared NRM general to be presented in court on Monday morning, later the order was pushed to Monday 2pm and later on Tuesday 9AM.

None of the court orders have so far been complied with.

Nairobi Woman Representative threw a spanner in the works after claiming that Miguna had been badly tortured by police hence the reluctance to present him in a public court.
