Self-proclaimed National Resistance Movement (NRM) General Miguna Miguna has made his first appearance days after his arrest on Friday, February 2, 2018.
In the pictures shared online, Mr. Miguna, who was allegedly before a Kajiado court on Tuesday morning, is seen alighting from a black vehicle.
Mr Miguna refused to take a plea before the court stating that Justice Luka Kimaru was waiting for him at Milimani Law Courts.
"I cannot take a plea here in Kajiado as Justice Kimaru is waiting for me in Nairobi Law Courts," he said
The Canadian-based lawyer was dramatically arrested from his Runda home for participating in the swearing-in of National Super Alliance (NASA) leader Raila Odinga as the People's President.
Since his apprehension, his lawyers including Senior Counsel John Khaminwa divulged that police had barred them from seeing him.
