Popular Kenyan actor and script writer Abel Mutua has revealed details of how comedian Dr. Ofweneke saved his wedding.

In a post he shared as one of his series posts appreciating the people who had gone out of their way to do things for him, the former Tahidi High actor narrated that three days to his wedding he ran out of money and he had not picked an Emcee.

He decided to call Dr. Ofweneke and explained his situation and despite having met only thrice, he agreed to be the emcee for free and he could not believe it.

In his post, Abel Mutua also revealed that it took him and his wife less than a month to plan their wedding without a committee or anyone to help them out.

“ Mind you we had only met less than 3 times before this day. I tell him my story and without thinking twice, he tells me, ‘Bro! Arusi lazima ifanyike. Nitumie details zote, kitu ipigwe!’ He agreed to do it free of charge. I couldn’t believe it. There are good people out here.  is definitely one of them. I can only pray for you Sir.
