A section of Cabinet Secretaries, led by Devolution CS Mwangi Kiunjuri, have now dared the National Super Alliance principals to sue them for campaigning for President Uhuru’s re-election.
Speaking in Voi, the three CS’s vowed to continue spearheading the Jubilee agenda; arguing that the opposition have developed cold feet ahead of the General Election and want to derail it.
Mr. Kiunjuri said he is ready to take a stand in court for campaigning for the Head of State.
He also defended his actions and those of his colleagues, arguing that they are mandated to tell Kenyans what the Jubilee government is doing.
This sentiments comes just two days after NASA asked the Director of Public Prosecutions to prosecute the ministry bosses within seven days on grounds of fronting the Jubilee administration’s projects during an election period.

Water CS Eugene Wamalwa also added in to the debate saying that they were not in breach of any law.
“We have a responsibility to formulating policies, defending and implementing those policies. If you want to change the lives of Kenyans you do so by promoting good policies," he said during the funeral of Transport Cabinet Secretary James Macharia’s father in Murang’a.
The Transport CS said they will not be cowed by anyone or anything.
"We recently launched the standard gauge railway and we must notify the public about it. Even if you take us to court, we will not stop communicating to Kenyans about our achievements," he said.
The three CS’s said the Opposition is jealous of the milestones President Kenyatta’s government has achieved in its first term.
Mr. Kiunjuri said that he would not be afraid of NASA’s attack on them adding that they are ready to contribute money for the opposition leaders to pay in case they are taken to court.
"I am not afraid and I won't be intimidated. Days are gone for cowards. I will campaign for re-election of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto who are my bosses," he said.
