Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) Ezra Chiloba has been on the lips of Kenyans for a while now.
The 39-year-old was the main man in handling the disputed General Election in which the presidential results were annulled by the Supreme Court.
The National Super Alliance (NASA) has been head hunting Chiloba demanding his immediate resignation.
The Opposition leaders firmly stated that they will not participate in the fresh elections if Chiloba will be handling it. NASA has also called for the prosecution of Mr Chiloba.

However, speaking to Nation during an exclusive interview the electoral body divulged that he will resign under only one condition.
He disclosed that if he is be found culpable, he will willingly resign.
“If the full ruling comes out and there is evidence that you were culpable as an individual, will you resign?” he was asked.
“I will,” he said.
Chiloba mentioned that he had not been asked by IEBC to resign highlighting that the electoral body was waiting for the full judgment by the Supreme Court.
“No one has been asked to resign. The position of the commission has been that we need to wait for the detailed judgment of the Supreme Court, audit ourselves and look at the areas for improvement, then we move from there.
“The question about resignation becomes difficult now because no one is able to tell where the responsibility lies unless you get the details," he said.
This comes after IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati formed a new team to handle the fresh elections. Chiloba was left out with most of his roles being handled by Deputy CEO Marjan Hussein Marjan.
