Nairobi Governor Mike Sonko on Monday made his first public statement since the resignation of his deputy Polycarp Igathe.
Sonko remained non-committal on reconciling with former deputy governor Igathe and stated that he was ready to work alone to deliver services in Nairobi.
The Nairobi Governor spoke on the matter from Mombasa where he presided over the opening of a workshop on Nairobi City County Water and Sanitation Policy and Bill for Nairobi City County.
A section of Nairobi leaders led by Senator Johnson Sakaja have called for dialogue between the two Nairobi city bosses.
