Raila chases out 3 NASA officials from crisis meeting

NASA leader Raila Odinga on Monday afternoon kicked out three party officials from the coalition’s crisis meeting at Stoni Athi Resort in Athi Rover.

Shortly after the tense meeting kicked off, Odinga is reported to have demanded the exit of ANC Secretary General Barrack Muluka, Tongaren MP Eseli Simiyu and Nambale MP Sakwa Bunyasi from the NASA summit meeting.

The NASA summit brings together the four principals including Odinga, Wiper Leader Kalonzo Musyoka, ANC’s Musalia Mudavadi, and Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula.

The three principals were expected to seek answers on why the NASA leader met President Uhuru Kenyatta without consulting them.

Muluka has recently been attacking his coalition leader, accusing him of being a traitor and a conman.

The ANC Secretary General on Sunday wrote an opinion piece on the Standard where he accused Odinga of secretly joining the Jubilee government.
