Outspoken Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria is known for his controversial public remarks that often land him on the wrong side of the law.
Ahead of NASA leader Raila Odinga's swearing in ceremony, Kuria had dared the Opposition Leader to go ahead with the swearing in ceremony "if he is man enough".
Shortly after Odinga took oath as the People's President, the Gatundu South MP went ahead to advise the for NASA leader on the one person who must be chosen in the yet to be unveiled parallel government.
According to Kuria, Odinga would be wise to pick Nairobi psychiatrist Dr Frank Njenga as the State House comproller.
"Congratulations Baba. You have finally managed what Jaramogi could not. When you get down to the task of forming your administration in Zanzibar, allow me to suggest Dr Frank Njenga as the State House comptroller. You need to have your head checked all the time," he posted on his Facebook page.
Odinga had earlier hinted at forming his government from exile in the event that the state agencies make it impossible for him to do the same in Kenya.
It remains unclear if and when the NASA leader will appoint officials who assist him in his duties as the "People's President of the Republic of Kenya".
