International community sends urgent message to Raila ahead of his national address

Odinga is on Tuesday afternoon expected to give direction to his supporters.

The international community has sent out a request to NASA leader Raila Odinga ahead of his much- anticipated address on the results of the repeat election declared on Monday.

A statement issued by former South African President Thabo Mbeki, who was also leading the African Union’s observer mission, called on the former prime minister to use legal means in seeking redress.

“If anyone has any problems on the just concluded fresh presidential elections, let them go to court,” Mbeki stated.

The AU observer team further indicated that they were satisfied with the election process and promised to release their final report in due time.
