Kirinyaga Governor Anne Waiguru owns some luxurious houses in some of the most high-end estates in Nairobi that include; Runda and Kihingo Village in Kitusuru.

She bought the Runda house before joining the government but moved to Kihingo village where a single house can cost up to 140 Million Kenya Shillings.
