Suzanna Owiyo's performance & Sauti Sol's grand entrance
Sauti Sol made a grand entrance on stage with a thrilling performance of their hit song Extravaganza with the crowd singing along.
Legendary singer, Suzanna Owiyo who graced the stage, performing her epic tune called Kisumu with the crowd going into a frenzy.
The evolution in the music industry also came to life with Arbantone artistes entertaining revelers with live band rather than playback, much to the excitement of the crowd and adding to the festivals rich diversity.
Mixed reactions
The festival had its fair share of criticism and praise as expected with Kenyans giving their verdict on social media.
Claims surfaced that despite revelers purchasing tickets, some did not have them scanned and were concerned that this may have created room for all to access, including those without valid tickets.

Eric Muriuki: Those who go to a concert without researching or understanding what it's about will always complain. Sauti Sol clearly said that this year's Solfesr would be about the Urbantone sound, and they'd only make a special appearance themselves. Solfest was 10/10!
