Business mogul Dr. Chris Kirubi is set to make his radio comeback after almost a year of treatment.

Kirubi will be teaming up with his co-hosts Anne Mwaura and Miano Muchiri on Capital FM’s the Fuse show.

DJ CK’s return was announced on Tuesday with a tweet from The Fuse’s official account.

“The Dynamic Trio of , and Dr. Dj are back on air!! ,” read the tweet.

Specialized treatment

This comes about a year after he travelled abroad for specialized treatment. The flamboyant businessman left the country in November last year after being diagnosed with cancer.

News of his ailment were first reported to staff of Centum Investments – a publicly listed firm which serves as Chairman and majority shareholder.

A few months after, the flamboyant business man silently jetted back into the country and was recuperating at his Loresho residence.

Raila and Joho

After his return, Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga and Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho were among the politicians that visited him to know how he was doing.

"Earlier today my friend  paid me a courtesy call at my home. I am proud that he wants to leave a legacy of a united Kenya. It is time we work together towards a better nation,"Kirubi tweeted.
