Ingredients
Potatoes
Gram flour
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Ginger
Garlic
Coriander
Water
Oil
Process
1.Peel potatoes and slice them into thin slices
2.Crush the ginger and garlic in a pestle and mortar
3.In a bowl, add the garlic and ginger paste to gram flour along with the turmeric, chilli powder and coriander; mix them together.
4.Gradually pour water in the mixture, stirring until you achieve a thick batter – not too thick though.
5.Heat oil in a pan.
6.Dip potato slices in the batter then add them in the heated oil to fry.
7.Fry the potatoes until golden brown on both sides.
8.Serve with ketchup and enjoy.
