In a new Instagram video, Dr. Pimple Popper aka dermatologist and TLC host Dr. Sandra Lee, MD plucks out a giant blackhead that looks exactly like a kernel of popcorn. Get ready because the resemblance is truly wild.

In the clip, you can see Dr. Lee numb the area, then go in with a pair of tweezers to pluck the dilated pore of Winer out. With a careful tug of the tweezers, shes able to pull out the sticky compacted contents in one piece.

There we go, she says as she inspects the popcorn kernel-like growth. Thats a nice one. Then, for good measure, theres an instant replay of the sticky pop.

Dr. Lee captioned the clip with a popcorn emoji, clearly playing on the fact that this pop looks like a kernel of exploded corn.

A blackhead of this size is commonly called a dilated pore of Winer. A dilated pore of Winer is essentially a large blackhead compacted in a single enlarged pore. This means the large crater left behind by this extraction is actually a single pore that has been stretched from the contents gathering inside. It's truly wild.
