As Molly explains to WH in her "Morning, Noon, & Night" video, she's *very* big on stepping outside with her fresh cup of coffee first thing in the morning for a little bit of meditation time. (But only after she's made three bottles that her little ones can sip on as soon as they wake up!)
And while I don't want to spoil the entire thing for you, I will reveal that Molly loves to do at least one HIIT workout at 6:30 in the morning before her kiddos are out of bed.
