Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez aren't letting cheating rumors get in the way of their blissful time as a newly engaged couple. The super cute duo has been sharing Insta Story updates from their celebratory getaway spent in what looks like paradise, making it clear they're not letting gossip about their relationship ruin their actual relationship.
The tea: Former MLB player (and reported long-time rival of A-Rod) Jose Canseco accused A-Rod of cheating on his new fianc less than 48 hours after they got engaged.
While Canseco was going off on Twitter, lovers J-Rod shared cute sunset photos and documented some time spent golfing together.
And, according to a source, J.Lo trusts her beau of two years waaaay more than a random guy on Twitter. "Shes heard the cheating rumors in the past and has never let it bother her," a source told Us Weekly . "She trusts him and his love. They are inseparable and together almost all of the time. Jose Canseco has an ax to grind, but she doesnt hear the noise."
ICYMI, the drama began during World of Dance on Sunday night, Canseco went on a very strange Twitter rant, claiming that A-Rod was cheating on J.Lo with Canseco's ex-wife, Jessica.
Canseco continued by telling A-Rod to "stop being a piece of sh*t stop cheating on Jennifer Lopez," rounding it all out by challenging A-Rod to "a boxing match or an MMA match" (so generous of him to give A.Rod a choice in fighting technique). Finally, Canseco agreed to taking a lie detector test that no one asked for to prove his truth.
I am willing to take a polygraph to prove that what I'm saying about Alex Rodriguez is 100% accurate - Jose Canseco (@JoseCanseco) March 11, 2019
After Canseco's Twitterstorm went viral on Monday, another source told Us Weekly, "Jose doesnt know what hes talking about. His tweets arent true." Not that it really matters- J.Lo and A-Rod are too busy living their best lives in paradise, and it'll take more than a little social media drama to bring them down.
