Jubilee governor sends strong message to Raila Odinga hours after Ruto decamped

Laboso's message is coming hours after Isaac Ruto decamped from NASA to re-join Jubilee

Bomet Governor Joyce Laboso has send a strong message to NASA coalition leader Raila Odinga after the swearing in of MCAs in her county.

According the the Governor, she will ensure that NASA gets Zero votes in  Bomet in the upcoming fresh Presidential Elections.

“We will ensure the 31,000 votes that the opposition got and the more than 60,000 votes that were not cast at that time all will be voted to the Jubilee administration,” she said.

Laboso addressed the press moments after she witnessed the swearing-in of MCAs .

Twenty-six MCAs are elected and 11 nominated. David Shadrack Rotich was elected speaker and Wesley Kiprotich deputy speaker.

Laboso said the Supreme Court ruling has provided a chance to confirm the county is a Jubilee zone.

“We are now going to show the country that our people still support the UhuRuto administration and that NASA in Bomet can be reduced to zero,” she said.

Laboso urged the three MCAs elected on the CCM ticket to join hands with their Jubilee colleagues and support her in building the county.

Laboso said she will focus on providing water. She said the African Development Bank will fund Sh2 billion water projects.
