The Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party has announced a protest meeting to be held at the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) offices on Wednesday.
In a press briefing held at Parliament buildings, ODM Director of Elections Junet Mohamed outlined that the party is reading mischief in IEBC's failure to provide the complete voter register for Kibra constituency.
"We will be paying you a visit tomorrow [Wednesday] at 9.00am now that your officers have learnt nothing from your recent history.
"By now the register for Kibra constituency by-election should be publicly available, including the public portal," the ODM leader stated.

The brief by the Suna East MP, who was flanked by party chairman John Mbadi and other MPs, outlined demands which they said would attract an "alternative" action if not met.
"These demands, which we’ve made and believe to be legitimate, must be complied with by your officers. We’ve been here before and we can always get back here, so, Chairman Wafula Chebukati, please provide: A full list of all persons registered as voters in Kibra Constituency by 2017 General Election.
"A full list of all persons registered as voters since 2017 to date including the dates and centres of registration.
"Full details of all those registered on transfer since declaration of vacancy to date, specifying the constituencies which their votes were transferred from, and provide the full updated manual and electronic register of voters which will be used in the Kibra Constituency by-election on Thursday 7th November 2019," the statement demanded.
