Former Vice President on Thursday received a major win after it ruled in favour of his family foundation.

The High Court ruled that NGO Board's decision to suspend operations of Kalonzo Musyoka Foundation and freezing of its bank accounts was unfair and illegal.

Last year, the Government accused the foundation of engaging in money laundering and operating illegal accounts.

NGO Coordination Board Executive Director Fazul Mohamed had also indicated that a legal legal process of ascertaining the criminal culpability of the foundation's directors had stared.
