No rivalry: Moses Kuria and Johnson Muthama together in the cells (Photos)

With the elections just days ahead, tension between Jubilee Party and Opposition Party-Nasa has been evident.

The rallies have seen each try to discredit the other in order to frustrate their number of votes from various counties.

With this in mind, you would expect a sense of animosity between Jubilee’s Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria and Nasa’s Johnson Muthama who were arrested on Monday over alleged hate speech.

Well, this was not to be.

While Nasa head, Raila Odinga made a statement yesterday to the press accusing President Uhuru of being behind Former Machakos senator Muthama’s arrest, a complete different atmosphere was taking over the prison cells.

From the pictures of Johnson Muthama and Moses Kuria seated together and chatting, one would not believe that the two are from rival groups.

Perhaps this is what they mean when they say, its nothing personal, just politics.
