Employment and Labour relations court on Tuesday made its ruling in the impeachment case of Nairobi County Speaker Beatrice Elachi.

The court directed that the orders barring her impeachment to stay until Friday when the case will be heard.

Last week, Elachi moved to court to block her impeachment after 103 MCAs voted in favor, 2 voted against and 2 abstained.
