The guys follow one simple nutrition philosophy: maintain a well-balanced diet.

"We want to get a little bit of everything," says Bourne.

Crabb agrees, but adds that the duo swears on eating anti-inflammatory foods as well.

When it comes to breakfast, Crabb and Bourne eat different foods. Crabb tends to go for a homemade juicemade with apples, carrots, spinach and gingeror a plant-based protein shake. Bourne prefers a bowl of gluten-free oatmeal with berries and dates for some natural sugar.

After breakfast comes a two-hour, on the sand training session, where the duo goes through a high intensity workout. Then, they'll snack on protein, but again, their choices are slightly different. Bourne likes to go for a plant-based protein shake while Crabb prefers to eat a protein bar or beef jerky.

Lunch is when Crabb and Bourne begin to eat more complex carbs and protein.

"If I know I have a weightlifting session in the afternoon, I'm going to go with more of a lean protein for really good fuel," Bourne says.

His go-tos are chicken with sweet potatoes or brown rice. But there's one thing he loves to eat more than anything: broccoli.

"It's a really good carb, but it also has so many nutrients in it," says Bourne. "That's my superfood. I'm all about itconstantly eating it." Crabb's lunch is similar with the addition of avocado, which he eats daily.

After Bourne and Crabb go to their second workout (where they might snack on dried fruits or another protein shake), it's dinnertime.m

They both eat to help their bodies recover from strenuous training. Both love to eat a good 10-12 ounce steak, some sweet potatoes, and greens, like asparagus or broccoli. But Bourne skips red meat before match days because it doesn't make him feel his best.

The athletes may have healthy diet, but they warn against copying their meals. Instead, they encourage taking time to learn what foods work best for your body.

About to go down a google rabbit hole to try and solve the mystery in episode 1 of the new UNSOLVED MYSTERIES on Netflix. Also, I really like how the ghost of Robert Stack is in the opening credits. Michelle Swope (@RedheadfromMars)

But when Netflix decided that the show deserved a reboot, the producers realized it would be very hard to find someone who would measure up to Stacks ability to carry the show. Hence, they decided on a simple, yet controversial decision: forgo a host entirely and let the stories speak for themselves. With this method of storytelling, it gave the show the chance to speak to those who might know answers and go on location to give a well-rounded perspective of the case.

"We talked about that for a long time, even about using an unseen narrator, Terry Dunn Meurer (the original shows co-creator who returned for the Netflix reboot) told . We decided that it was really rough to fill the late Robert Stacks shoes. He was an iconic host for so many years. In some of Netflixs notes, which reported, show producer Shawn Levy agreed with Meurers sentiments, explaining that in Roberts absence, we are letting the spirit and the strength of the stories carry the narrative. Above all, our aspiration was to make a new chapter worthy of his memory and of [his] iconic contribution to this iconic series."

And it looks like fans seem to appreciate the new format, especially the subtle tribute to the beloved hostwith his outline briefly appearingin the series' opening credits.

Well, it looks like Kelly Ripa is one lucky lady, and super excited about her husband Mark Consuelos' show coming to Netflix.

To celebrate the release of the series <a href="https://www.netflix.com/search?q=kingdom&amp;jbv=80036982" id="9fb73021-0e45-383b-a2c4-d4a4bf16e3b7"> Kingdom </a> recently dropping on the streamer site July 1, she did what any good wife would dopost a preview about it. But her version of a sneak peek was slightly different than most. She decided to post a picture of her husband's shredded physique post-workout, along with equally ripped co-stars <a href="https://www.instagram.com/jonathanmtucker/" id="ad800992-a200-395a-a8f8-76d163015f2f"> Jonathan Tucker </a> and <a href="https://www.instagram.com/macbrandt/" id="e4ad3833-cf3f-34d0-ad1f-6671680500ac"> Mac Brandt </a> , for all of Instagram to thirst over.

"Kingdom is out on Netflix today!" she wrote on Instagram. "This show is brilliantly written, beautifully acted and jam packed with male nudity. You've been warned."

Besides for his wife, the Riverdale actor has been doing his own promo for the series over the past few weeks, dropping <a href="https://www.instagram.com/p/CCGzc_FFKnO/" id="ffeb0f05-6eef-3ecb-a0e1-615f55543308"> stills </a> from the series on his Instagram account and giving props to his fellow cast-mates for just how good their performances were.

"It's not often that you get... characters like this, even secondary and tertiary characters off to the side," Consuelos told <a href="https://ew.com/article/2015/10/21/kingdom-mark-consuelos/" id="63455f10-615e-3651-a86d-e0e4562ac3e7"> Entertainment Weekly </a> back in 2015 about his experience working on Kingdom. "They're really full and interesting."

So what exactly is Kingdom about? Well, the show's premise is actually pretty interesting, as it follows a former MMA fighter (Frank Grillo) who after opening up his own gym to train other up-and-coming stars (including his sons, portrayed by Tucker and <a href="https://www.menshealth.com/health/a29322806/nick-jonas-coma-type-1-diabetes-diagnosis/" id="21a61bbb-0b4b-38d6-ae96-3f6d16c678fc"> Nick Jonas </a> ), deals with life issues, including substance abuse and relationship stumbles. Consuelos played a former fighter and friend of the family who presents a very interesting business opportunity to the protagonist.

While the show initially <a href="https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3673794/" id="7c51641f-5356-3b9c-a45a-4bd0555d3ca5"> ran </a> from 2014-2017 on the Audience Network from Direct TV, if the picture gives people any preview of what to possibly expect, then chances are you'll hear more about this series soon.

Its already hard enough for some people to seek help in the first place So to see somebody that looks like you, may seem like they understand some of these cultural stigmas a little bit better and talk to you, that can really help people open up."

Having multicultural representation in medicine, I think, is ultimately one of the most important things we can do to be more inviting, be more accessible to people from different cultural backgrounds.
