That's why fitness YouTuber <a href="https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCEjIjshJ8bvvCkGNk0pkYcA" id="b1b599d1-5c3e-3606-a2cb-3aa8ea91f1d8"> Jesse James West </a> decided to take the challenge emulate a day in Efron's life during his Baywatch training for his latest fitness challenge. West doesn't share exactly where he got the plan for the workout and diet, but Efron's blueprint has been covered extensively, so he has plenty of steps to follow.

The challenge starts with a 4:20 a.m. wakeup.

"If this is going to have me as shredded as Zac Efron, you bet your ass I'm getting up this early," says West as his alarm goes blares.

He starts the day with a protein-packed breakfast of 4 eggs, 6 oz. of grilled chicken, and vegetables (with no seasonings added) and avocado. The macro breakdown is 66 grams protein, 7 grams carbs, and 25 grams of fat.

"I'm pretty sure there's like no carbs (in his diet). My body is going to start having withdrawals," says West as he finishes breakfast.

By 5 a.m. he heads into his home gym for workout number one, a back and biceps routine. The heavy session is at odds with the lightweight routine Efron's Baywatch coach shared with MH, but we'll give West a pass for the effort.

The workout consists of: - Weighted pullups - Barbell deadlift - Barbell row - Barbell curl - Dumbbell hammer curl - Dumbbell Zottoman curl

"Holy crap, I am drenched. That actually was a phenomenal workout," says West.

By 7 a.m., West heads outdoors to challenge himself to some of the things Efron did when he appeared on Bear Grylls' show Running Wild.

After that, he's back in the kitchen for meal two, which consists of 1 cup of steamed vegetables, 6 oz. of lean ground turkey and hot green tea. The macro breakdown is 35 grams protein, 12 grams carbs, and 19 grams of fat.

Next, he sits outside to catch some rays to achieve a tan like Efron in the movie, and then preps meal number three, which consists of sirloin steak and cauliflower cooked in coconut oil. The macro breakdown is 44 grams protein, 2 grams carbs, and 17 grams of fat.

"Keeping it consistent, little to no carbs again. Yes it might be simple and plain, but I actually feel very very good. I don't feel so clouded and I don't feel sluggish eating less carbs," says West.

By 4:45 p.m., he gets to Efron's ab workout, which consists of:

- Hollow body (3 rounds, 30 seconds) - Weighted Russian twists (3 rounds, 30 seconds) - Weighted plate sit ups (3 rounds, 30 seconds)

After that, by 6:15 he's prepping meal #4, a salmon salad bowl. The macro breakdown is 66 grams protein, 2 grams carbs, and 25 grams of fat. He rests for a couple hours, and by 9 p.m. is back in the kitchen for meal #5. His final meal is grass-fed ground beef and 3 hardboiled eggs.

His final macro count for the entire day is as follow: 259 grams protein, 24 grams carbs, and 118 grams of fat, for a total of 2,194 calories.

"I ate so much protein. I have never eaten that low of carbs, ever. I feel super good," says West. "My energy was steady throughout the day. I'm tired as hell now, but that is what it's like to live just like Zac Efron."

The treasure trove has many Redditors swapping fascinating new theories about Chapin.

<h1> What Unsolved Mysteries fans know about Lena Chapin: </h1>

The episode details Chapin's claim that her mother, Sandy Klemp, had killed her third husband Gary McCullough (Chapin's then-stepdad) with the help of her fourth husband, Kris Klemp, in Dent County, Missouri in 1999. Those events led to Chapin's disappearance in 2006 after she was issued a subpoena to testify in court. (At the time of McCullough's murder, Chapin was just 13 years old. By 2006, she was 21, the legal age to testify against her mother in court, according to .)

In 2003, Chapin confessed to McCullough's brother, Albert McCullough, that she saw her mother murder McCullough and was also forced to help dispose of the body. Albert taped their conversation. According to Unsolved Mysteries, Chapin divulged:

"He was sitting on the couch, eating scrambled eggs. She walked out and shot him three times in the head. Two, maybe three times and she couldnt hack it until we got home. And she wrapped him up with plastic stuff and hay strings she dragged him to the bedroom. She locked the door and we got home. Mom made me stay in the bedroom. She didnt want me to see him. But Id already seen him. 'Cause I looked through the door. I didnt believe it and I wanted to see."

When she disappeared, Chapin left behind a baby son named Colter. Chapin's sister, Robin, went looking for her at her apartment in Missouri and found Chapin's then-boyfriend, Jason, and vague info about her whereabouts. Apparently, Klemp told him that Chapin had moved to Florida with another man. Fans think there's much more to the "Missing Witness" story, and they even have the evidence to back it up.

<h1> #1: Previously unreleased footage suggests Chapin's story wasn't as rock-solid as it seemed in Unsolved Mysteries. </h1>

According to those previously unreleased clips on Netflix's <a href="https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/13s6cfYhNl1K5vg-hkREVYm9jfj6dHMbh" id="542c05ec-1a63-3709-ab1b-8c24fcf3183f"> Google Drive </a> , investigator Brian Martin was unsure about how legit Chapin's story had been:

"Something that was interesting when he did find Garys truck was there was one place to sit and that was the drivers seat. You could sit on the passenger side, but you couldnt put your feet on the floor as there was so much litter. I found it ironic because in the one interview I did get with Lena, she said that on the night Gary left she rode with him in the truck but didnt want to be seen with him. And she sat on the floor of the truck. I commented to the other investigators that were there: 'Nobody has sat on that floor for a long time'."

Per Martin, Jennifer Klemp, Kris Klemps wife at the time of McCulloughs murder, delivered a damning account of her husbands behavior. Retired Sheriff Mick Epperly confirmed more details: "Jennifer told us she took Kris Klemp to the location of the Gary McCullough place. Dropped him off on the curb. And later picked him up that night. And Jennifer said Kris was as scared as he could be. I believe that was probably the night Gary was burned."

Soon after she 'ran off to Florida', the landlord did complete renovations due to blood stains on the carpet. The landlord was quoted saying 'it looked like a dog had been chopped up' because when the carpet was pulled up, a giant blood stain was found on the wood below the carpet, as well as in the carpet itself. The landlord disposed of the old carpet and didn't notify police, because he was unaware of the circumstances behind lena's disappearance, all he knew is that lena 'moved away'. To make things even more interesting, soon thereafter, the entire apartment building burnt to the ground.."

Netflix's 'Unsolved Mysteries' Fan Theory About Lena Chapin Is Supported by New Evidence

"I was adamant that I was (more flexible than you)," says Brian

"Yeahhh, I just don't feel like that makes sense that you would be more flexible than me," Keri banters back.

The pair head to a hot yoga studio called <a href="https://hotworx.net/" id="5cc487bb-07af-3dad-a758-dc98d45f3728"> HOTWORX </a> , where they will do yoga in a sauna-like room together with a virtual instructor.

"I want to see Brian do yoga in a pool of sweat," says Keri.

Before they head into class, Brian weighs himself to find out how much weight he will lose as he sweats it out during the workoutthe room where they'll be doing yoga is at 128 degrees Fahrenheit. After stepping on a scale, he weighs 418 pounds. Keri guesses Brian will lose eight pounds in class, while Brian thinks he'll lose five pounds.

They step into their 'sauna' for the workout, and quickly start the session with planks, downward dog, and wall sits.

"I trained legs yesterday," says Brian. "When is the break? I shouldn't have trained legs yesterday." If the contest was to make the loudest, strangest sounds, he was certainly the winner.

They move into more plank work, chair pose, triangle pose, and more before they're done. After stepping out into the fresh, cool air, Brian says, "I was not mentally prepared for what was about to happen."

Before he does his post-workout weigh in, he says, "I feel like I lost a ton of weight. I was sweating the entire time."

He weighs in at 411.8 pounds, a loss of 6.2 pounds.

"I think I won. But I want to do this again. I'll be more mentally prepared next time," says Brian. Keri didn't agreeso the two asked the fans to decide.

"Skipping (jump rope) may be one of the <a id="3c68e3b8-29f8-3ce8-a1b1-36b77a920580" href="https://www.menshealth.com/fitness/a19663988/best-hiit-workouts-jump-rope/"> most underrated workouts around </a> . It's cheap to get started. You can do it almost anywhere without taking up space. And it targets multiple areas of the body with a singe workout," says Jones.

Jones is most interested in its benefits on the cardiovascular system. He says that he's been getting his cardio recently from 30 minute jogs in the mornings, which only adds up to 9 METs (metabolic equivalent of a task).

"The higher the MET number, the more elevated your heart rate and the more calories you'll burn during training," says Jones.

He claims that jumping rope for 10 minutes produces an MET of 12.3, a tougher task than his daily jogs. So he decides to swap jogging for jumping rope for 30 minutes for the next 30 days to measure how his cardiovascular health improves.

To get a baseline understanding of his health before he started the challenge, he strapped on a heart monitor to get his stats. To be clear, the best way to have accurate readings are in a lab environmentespecially once Jones begins talking about VO2 Max. But for his purposes, he's able to track his progress. Jones' resting heart rate was 61 BPM (beats per minute) to start. He then ran a timed 400 meter sprint at full speed, clocking in at 87 seconds and a heart rate measurements of 157 BPM. (Jones might be off the mark here; a 400 meter sprint is more likely a test of his anaerobic capacity, meaning his body does not use oxygen to produce energy, not an aerobic task that uses oxygen to produce energy. For his purposes, he should have run taken on a distance that required him to run further to challenge his cardiovascular system.)

He waited for his heart rate to return to 90 BPM, and did 20 burpees, which he did in 1:03 and resulted in a final measurement of 117 BPM. He planned to use these numbers to compare where his cardiovascular health was after 30 days of jumping rope.

His jumping plan: to do circuits of 3 minutes of jumping with 1 minute rest in between.

On Day 1, he's struggling after just one circuit.

"That felt like so long! That was much more tiring than I thought it would be. Sooo much more tiring," says Jones.

He decides to move the circuits up to 5 minutes, with 1 minute rest in between.

After Week 1, he starts to get a feel for his jumping, and starts to implement stretching and foam rolling his calves to make sure he can keep the routine sustainable. But he decides to switch up his training to include one day with moderate jumping and one day with intense jumping instead of doing the same jumping circuits each day, and implementing cross training to maximize his results.

His intense workout: 5 rounds of 2 minute circuits going as hard as he can for 2 rounds, followed by 5 rounds of 200 to 300 meter sprints, then back to jumping.

He notes that to improve and increase his <a id="adea945c-b76a-34e3-a689-04a4272dbe5d" href="https://www.menshealth.com/fitness/a25222496/fitness-age-vo2max/"> VO2 max </a> , he needs to do 1 hour and 40 minutes of work. So that's what he does.

"As my endurance has improved over the course of the month, I've had to increase the intensity of these sessions to continue improving. That means more speed circuit sand a lot more double jumps," says Jones.

By Day 30, he's back on a track to test how much his cardiovascular health has improved.

He clocks in this time at 75 seconds, a 12 second improvement, with a measurement of 159 BPM. When he went to the burpees, he completed them 3 seconds faster, and his resting heart rate decreased to 57 BPM.

"If you're struggling to find a cardio routine that works well for you or you just want to mix up some of your training, I think it's absolutely worth it to give jumping rope a try. And I'm going to continue doing it," says Jones.

Goal Guys Take on 30 Day Jump Rope Challenge

What Happened When This Guy Jumped Rope Every Day for 30 Days

"The discussion was, what is the heaviest bench press that's ever been done at Planet Fitness?" says Shaw. "And we couldn't come up with a number."

"I don't think it's too high. I would be surprised if it was even 315, honestly," says Oberst.

The guys discuss that since they don't have bench presses in Planet Fitness, they'll have to use a Smith machine instead.

The guys plan to beat 315 pounds "in the warmup", and plan to set a heaviest bench press record.

"Let's get to work," says Shaw, with the guys changing into Planet Fitness "Be Free" shirts to put in the work.

They warm up on the Smith machine, quickly adding on weight. And Oberst snacks on pizza as Shaw finishes up a set.

"Where the hell did you get a pizza from?" says Shaw.

"I'm a new member!" says Oberst, mouth full of cheesy goodness.

"So because it's my second time here I don't get one?" says Shaw.

"Yeah, I'm better than you. When I'm done, if there's any left, I'll let you look at it," says Oberst.

Then, the guys get back to training.

"It's weird doing it on a Smith machine, honestly," says Oberst.

"It's also weird trying not to be too loud," laughs Shaw. "Cuz normally I would be going nuts!"

Oberst taps out at five plates on each side, while Shaw pushes it with six plates for 560 pounds.

"Eat your pizza, and let me go to work," says Shaw to Oberst.

He knocks out the rep, and the guys discuss the record.

"If anybody else has done more than that at a Planet Fitness, show us," says Oberst. "We need a plaque and a pizza."

Workout complete, they talk about how they plan to recover.

"I've heard that in this place they have some kind of hydro massage bed or chair or something?" says Shaw.

After a massage (and more pizza) the guys leave the gym, with Oberst saying, "According to Planet Fitness statistics now, you have the biggest bench and I'm the prettiest that's ever been in there."

For his latest challenge, he took on the <a href="https://www.military.com/military-fitness/marine-corps-fitness-requirements/usmc-physical-fitness-test" id="224d722e-4ad8-3ab9-a597-20d0f7852b0d"> Marine Corps Physical Fitness Test (PFT) </a> .

"We start with pullups, and then we do crunches, and then we're going to run 3 miles, and I think that is going to be the most challenging thing because I don't really run that much," Midtb said of the challenge. (In the standard PFT, participants can do either dead hang pullups or pushups, the latter of which allows for a lower possible score.)

For the pullups, according to Midtb's age and gender classification, his minimum score to pass is 5 reps in a minute, while 23 reps would garner a perfect score.

"The pullup is pretty strict," says Midtb. "You have to start with straight arms, no kipping, chin above the bar, then all the way down. If you let go of the bar, you're finished."

After chalking up, he gets to it, and easily knocks out 23 pullups in 44 seconds.

Next up are abdominal crunches. Midtb's minimum to pass here is 70 reps in 2 minutes, and with 115 the top of the range.

"It's 2 minutes, you're going to be gassed," says Midtb.

He completes an impressive 103 crunches, and has gnarly floor burn on his back afterwards.

"I recommend you wear a t-shirt," he says, showing off his bright red and raw back. "I was thinking about aborting, but then I was like 'Oh f*ck, I'm already 50 in, I'm not gonna abort now'."

They head outside to a track to complete the final stage, a 3-mile run. For Midtb, the minimum time to pass is 28 minutes, and the perfect score is at 18 minutes.

"I have no idea what pace I'm going to run at. Let's just get this over with," he says before he starts. "My aim is 22.5 minutes."

He beats the time by a landslide, finishing in 16:40.

"I feel like I'm going to vomit. That was so hard," he says after the run.

But afterwards, he realizes he ran 400 meters less than he should have.

"Still, that was pretty fast," says Midtb.

To calculate his final score for the entire test, he adds 2 minutes to his time, for a final of 18:40. His final score was 280 out of a max of 300.

"I could have done better on the crunches!" says Midtb.

While he's missing the pool he's making sure he's staying in top-form for when he can hit it again. And he's taking Men's Health to his garage to walk us through his 20-minute, no-equipment bodyweight workout called "The Swimmer" that you can do at home or in any location. (He does recommend grabbing an exercise mat or yoga mat.)

"The philosophy and purpose of the workout is to maintain body weight strength, core stability and the fast twitch fiber in your legs," says Simspon. "A lot of us can't get in the water right now and certainly can't get into the gym, so we're gonna try and replicate some of those motions right here on the mat."

Warmup 1 minute, Jumping Jacks 1 minute, Butterfly Jumps

"Just a standard minute of jumping jacks, then we're going to movie into butterfly jumps, which are double over arms swings mixed with a double leg jump," says Simpson. "The butterfly should have a nice fluid, rhythmic motion to it, kind of like you would in the pool."

Cycle #1: Upper Body Strength 20 Pushups 10 V-Ups 10 Spiderman Pushups 10 V-Ups 1 minute Plank Repeat 2 times

Spiderman Pushups: "Going into our spiderman pushups, we want to make sure that our knees are touching our elbows every time," says Simpson.

Plank: "You want to make sure you keep a nice straight line from the very top of your head all the way down to your heels," says Simpson as he holds his plank.

Cycle #2: Legs &amp; Core 20 Squat Jumps 30-second Side Plank 20 Single-Leg Jumps 30-second Side Plank Repeat 2 times "For this cycle, we're working on fast twitch fiber motions in the legs and getting a little bit of core and obliques going," says Simpson.

Squat Jumps: "You want to use your arms to push yourself away from the ground, so you're ascending as high as possible every time," says Simpson as he does his squat jumps.

Side Plank: "If you want you can raise your arm up for more stability, or you can move between under the armpit and back up into a nice straight line, " says Simpson. "Keep your shoulder and lat nice and stable, really working through the bottom side of the abdomen."

Single-Leg Jumps: "Gently touch your knee to the floor on these single leg jumps every time," says Simpson. "As soon as your knee hits the ground, blast back off onto the other leg."

Final Blast 10 Burpees, 1 minute Repeat 2 times "Now that we've really woken up all aspects of the body, I'm going to be finishing with a really short blast finale," says Simpson. "Begin in a plank position, starting with a pushup, bringing your knees to the backside of your tricep, straight into a jump with your arms trying to touch the ceiling."

Actress <a href="https://www.womenshealthmag.com/life/a30145211/kate-beckinsale-wellness-interview/" id="a57c0963-f185-374c-a537-6cba0c52091d"> Kate Beckinsale </a> and her pets have been spending lots of time together during quarantine. And the furballs (she has two Persian cats, Clive and Willow, and two dogs named Ingrid and Myf) love to be close to her when she's doing her at-home yoga workouts.

She shared a couple funny (and relatable) videos on her Instagram of her practicing yoga, with <a href="https://www.womenshealthmag.com/fitness/a31076557/kate-beckinsale-abs-dance-video-instagram/" id="71877178-9de3-3095-a590-e7453ddc5f12"> her cat Willow </a> and one of her pups perched on her mat, refusing to give her any space.

"I was feeling like I was possibly having a magical yogic connection with the animals but It has occurred to me it could just as easily be that I smell like a dead pheasant or some droppings," she captioned her post.

Kate's abs look super toned in her white bra, and that's probably because the actress is serious about getting her workouts in. She shared with <a href="https://www.womenshealthmag.com/life/a30145211/kate-beckinsale-wellness-interview/" id="3d0c8421-87c9-3b80-acd4-4e7697459885"> Women's Health </a> that she typically works out six mornings a week with her trainer, Brad Siskind, of Gunnar Petersons gym.

She starts with <a href="https://www.womenshealthmag.com/fitness/a30197780/kate-beckinsale-workout/" id="9d6a6833-5d99-317a-ab72-5f43888ff3b0"> a full-body workout </a> composed of eight compound exercises that each work two muscle groups simultaneously. Think: a biceps curl as she squats, or sit-ups with combination punches. After the set, shell do 90 to 120 seconds of a cardio interval, like <a href="https://www.womenshealthmag.com/fitness/a19969970/rowing-workout/" id="6dc7a97a-39bc-37a5-a036-148ac27bd0a8"> rowing </a> or the <a href="https://www.womenshealthmag.com/fitness/a20092949/versaclimber-workouts/" id="03e36266-37e2-3dee-ae02-2e6117f1e62e"> VersaClimber </a> , then do the eight exercises againthis time with heavier weights, added bands, or faster reps.

After the 45 minutes it takes to complete both circuits, shell finish with a cardio interval using a rubber Inertia Wave, or one-leg pushes on a curved SkillMill treadmill. Finally, she ends with a Siskind stretch (Google Kate Beckinsale flexible for a terrifying visual aid).

When it comes to food, Kate likes to get in plenty of proteinusually chicken or eggs with grass-fed butter. She also loves salads packed with radishes, Brussels sprouts, and safflower oil; salmon; and the occasional handful of potato chips.

Many such theories have emerged in the subreddit <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/UnsolvedMysteries/search/?q=r%2FUnsolvedMysteries&amp;restrict_sr=1" id="8ae2a57e-f950-30f5-aa24-dd7464f21f77"> r/UnsolvedMysteries </a> after Reddit users watched the third episode, called "House of Terrors," which tells the story of a French aristocratic family that was brutally murdered in the town of Nantes. The crime occurred in April 2011 when French police discovered the wife and four children of Count Xavier Dupont de Ligonns buried under the back porch of their home. The only member not found? Count Xavier Dupont de Ligonns himself. He's suspected of committing the crime, but disappeared after the family's bodies were found, and hasn't been seen since.

In the Unsolved Mysteries episode, it's revealed that the family members Agnes Dupont de Ligonnes and her four children, Arthur, Thomas, Anne, and Benoit, were shot to death with a silenced .22 rifle.

"After inheriting a .22 rifle from his father, Xavier purchases bullets and a silencer. He practices at a gun range multiple times between March 26th and April 1st," <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/UnsolvedMysteries/comments/hj5cp1/episode_discussion_thread_house_of_terror/" id="a25bff32-3d84-32f2-aee8-1d974615888a"> Netflix's official Reddit account wrote in a synopsis </a> on the site. "He also buys large bin liners, adhesive plastic paving slabs, cement, a shovel, and a hoe, plus four bags of lime, all at different hardware shops around Nantes."

The murders occur on April 3 and 4. "Days later, the immediate family and close friends receive a letter from Xavier saying that he has been working covertly for the American Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), and the entire family has relocated to the United States, as part of the Federal Witness Protection Program. He says they will be out of contact for a few years," Netflix's official description of the episode reads.

Of course, this led everyone to question why Xavier Dupont de Ligonns would have killed his entire family. The show mentions that it may be due to his own personal failings.

"Xavier has had little success in his own professional life. Few people are aware that he is struggling financially. Xavier manages to maintain an appearance of wealth by borrowing money from family and friends, to make ends meetuntil his ruse starts to unravel," the Reddit post says.

After the family is found, the French police start trying to track down Xavier. Authorities learned that on April 12th Xavier stayed at a five-star resort in Toulouse, per Netflix. Two days later, on April 14th, he was caught on CCTV withdrawing money from an ATM, and the next day, a hotel security camera captured Xavier walking toward the mountains."

So where could Count Xavier Dupont de Ligonns be, and did he actually commit mutliple murders and get away with it? Redditors have a few theories:

<h1> #1: Xavier hired help to kill his family. </h1>

<a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/UnsolvedMysteries/comments/hl5om7/house_of_terror_did_he_hire_help/" id="bdc887d6-b81f-329d-a3f1-00aeec0a26c1"> Redditor dnrexy believes </a> that Xavier could not have pulled off the murders all by himself.

"A man in his 50s with supposedly a bad back moving 4 dead bodies worth of dead weight and two dogs outside. Placing them in trash bags and burying them the way he did is close to impossible to do alone," the user wrote. "Not to mention the organizational aspect of the whole thing. You mean to tell me he found a long rifle when his dad passed away and all of a sudden he becomes a criminal mastermind? I believe he hired professional help from somebody. Someone helped him coordinate those murders and helped him get away."

<h1> #2: Xavier was being blackmailed. </h1>

Another theory <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/UnsolvedMysteries/comments/hmchua/xavier_dupont_de_ligonn%C3%A8s_any_evidence_disproving/" id="a61480ee-05f1-30d5-a6e7-330b1282cb70"> from Redditor jackp536 </a> points out that Xavier may have been blackmailed because of money he owed various people. "Furthermore, the money he withdrew. Yes it makes sense to not leave a trail with a credit card while on the run, so ofc he wanted to make sure he was only paying things with cash," they wrote. "However, is it possible that he was being extorted in some way or blackmailed?"

<h1> #3: Xavier really is a DEA informant. </h1>

According to <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/UnsolvedMysteries/comments/hkjtn3/xavier_dupont_de_ligonn%C3%A8s_the_familys_wild_theory/" id="dd93afb0-ab9f-34d4-a20b-e8808084feff"> Redditor Hairyfeetfairy </a> , the extended family (his sister, mother, and brother-in-law) do believe that Xavier is DEA informant. They detailed their thoughts in <a href="http://xavierdupontdeligonnes.blogspot.com/p/chronologie-succincte.html" id="d70b1264-9da2-3f21-a703-ce9ca80ae36a"> this blog </a> , written in French.

<h1> #4: The family wasn't actually killed, because some members were seen after the murders. </h1>

Reddit users mention that there were reports of sightings after the supposed murders occured. <a href="https://www.reddit.com/r/UnsolvedMysteries/comments/hkjtn3/xavier_dupont_de_ligonn%C3%A8s_the_familys_wild_theory/" id="71d43bd9-afa1-396d-a7bf-12cfb51a42a6"> Redditor Hairyfeetfairy wrote, </a> "Up to 9 people saw Agnes (the wife) alive after the date the police says she was killed. Some of these people state that they spoke to her and she was normal (some say a bit agitated). She was seen walking the dog after the 4th April, and was also seen with...the two youngest kids."

Devoted fans of the six-episode series have transformed themselves into amateur internet sleuths, taking to online forums like Reddit...

Reddit Users Have A Ton Of Theories About 'Unsolved Mysteries' French Episode 'House Of Terrors'

But today, Kourt revealed that she's going back on one of her most tried-and-true diets: <a href="https://www.womenshealthmag.com/health/a31790048/is-keto-bad-for-you/" id="92fc4a86-afeb-3e54-ae81-23b587439f90"> keto </a> .

Yesterday, Kourtney shared an Instagram Story to mark the occassion. The photo shows her first meal on the new plan, which was a chef's salad with lettuce, sliced avocado, carrots, lean turkey and cheese. She captioned it "keto starts today..."

The reality star has also been open about the fact that healthy eating has been hard during quarantine, sharing during a <a href="https://www.usmagazine.com/food/news/kourtney-kardashians-quarantine-diet-cake-and-more/" id="1af1f0bb-b2cb-389d-a923-85243c18bac7"> Poosh live stream </a> she ate "four cakes in two weeks."

When she posted a bikini photo and a fan asked if she was pregnant, she replied, "I gained a few pounds over this quarantine time, and I love my body and Im proud of my shape and Im obviously posting it and this is the shape of my body."

"My body never looked better than when I did the keto diet two and half years ago, when I did it for two months," she wrote. "In my experience, Ive found the best method to train my body to curb sugar cravings, burn fat, and kick-start weight loss is by sticking to a keto diet."

That's probably why she's giving it another go. Based on that first meal, it looks like she's sticking to lots of veggies and lean protein.

"My plan this time is to eat minimal carbs and no grains, beans, or legumes," she wrote last time she went keto. "Im focusing my meals on fresh vegetables and lean proteins. I eat three meals a day with no snacking in between if possible."

Kourtney even shared her typical keto diet meal plan on her website:

Overall, Kourtney says she's "really excited to be jumping back in" to the keto diet, but says that she'll "most likely go back to [her] regular lifestyle" after her month on keto is up. "It's all about balance," she wrotewhich is definitely a mindset to get behind.

"I just want to play around with the rings," says Call at the beginning of the video. Conquering the difficult bodyweight movement is no small feat for the bodybuilder, who weighs in at 240 pounds.

He's set up with a resistance band strapped to each wrist to give him more support as he practices his technique.

"RIP OUR WRIST HAIR," wrote Call in the video description.

But the band is crucial for mastering muscleup form.

"So if you cannot do an actual muscle up you can use a band to assist you in the motion, and actually still get a really good workout," says Call. "If you can't do a muscle up you can still get the stimulus from what the muscle up is going to build. So it's perfect!"

Boyden gives it a go, and shows off his red, hairless wrists.
