<p>In a post on social media, Bankole shared the news as she congratulated the other cast and the production crew of <a href="https://www.pulse.ng/entertainment/movies/peter-ramsey-talks-to-pulse-about-kizazi-moto-generation-fire/yj6dg2v">the animation series</a>.</p>

<p>Her post read,<em> "Another one in! Congratulations to the cast and crew of Kizazi Moto: Generation Fire. The series is nominated for a prestigious Rose d’Or award&nbsp;in the Children and Youth category ...".</em></p>

<p>The Rose d’Or Award, also known as the Golden Rose, is an international entertainment broadcasting and programming awards festival. The award ceremony for the 2023 edition will take place on November 27, 2023, at the King's Palace in London.</p>

<p>Co-written by&nbsp;<strong>Vanessa Kanu,&nbsp;</strong>the episode tells the story of a lonely spirit boy, Luo,&nbsp;trapped in a spirit realm where he is plagued by terrifying giants. He is rescued by Moremi, a particle physicist from future Nigeria, who helps him connect with lost memories.</p>

<h2>Sony Group's Entertainment has revealed its plans to invest in start-up entertainment companies in some countries in Africa.</h2>

<p>In an announcement on Wednesday, October 11, 2023, Sony pledged to support Africa's entertainment businesses through Sony Innovation Fund: Africa (SIF: AF).</p>

<p>Speaking on the investment, <strong>Gen Tsuchikawa</strong>, the CEO of Sony Ventures, in an exclusive with <strong>TechCrunch</strong>, revealed that the company remains fully committed to its entertainment line despite funding other sectors of society through the Sony Innovation Fund established in 2016.</p>

<p>He revealed, <em>"The entertainment field has been a key area of focus for Sony Innovation Fund since the beginning and will continue to be." </em></p>

<p>Tsuchikawa further explained that Africa's large net of creatives influenced the company's desire to invest in it. <em>"Africa, in particular, has a vibrant community of creators and entrepreneurs looking to invent new ways to enhance entertainment experiences for audiences and that propelled Sony to establish SIF: AF,” </em>he expressed.</p>

<p>The $10 million investment will span across various entertainment startups, including in music, film, gaming and content distribution sectors.</p>

<p>Sony plans to start with South Africa, Kenya, Ghana and Nigeria before it moves on to other countries.</p>

<p>However, no time frame has been set for when the investment will be deployed and there is currently no particular number of startup companies that would be benefiting from the funds. </p>

<p>The beneficiaries are expected to undergo a due diligence process and the details would be released in the coming days.</p>

<h2>After its nine-week run, Big Brother Naija All Stars commences its final week as it announces its top six finalists on the reality show.</h2>

<p>The journey that kicked off on July 23, 2023, enters its seven-day countdown to October 1, 2023, when the winner will be announced. We have put together the list of the top six and how they became finalists of the show.</p>

<p>After surviving the final eviction show on Sunday, September 24, 2023, he emerged as one of the top six finalists of the show. This is also his second time as a finalist as he finished fourth place during the <em>Level Up</em> season.</p>

<p>Despite being extremely confident about grabbing the ultimate HOH challenge and then losing, he still made it to the finalists. Pere was also saved during the last eviction show, as he made it to <em>BBNaija All Stars</em> top six. This is also his second time as a finalist, as he ended the <em>Shine Ya Eye </em>season in third place.</p>
