Reports reaching Pulselive.co.ke indicates that the Nakuru girl who exposed gospel singer DK Kwenye Beat and HopKid for duping her into a threesome is planning to take legal action against them.
The 20 year old claims that she was infected with a Cancer causing virus (HPV) after an intimate session with DK Kwenye Beat.
According to the information shared by Blogger XtianDela through his Telegram channel “Toboa na Xtian Dela” the girl will be pressing legal charges against DK Kwenye Beat for infecting her. The lady argues that, the Musicians was fully aware that he was an STD-carrier when they were getting intimate.
Legal action
According to the Kenyan constitution, any who knowingly infect their partners with STDs, and most notably HIV, shall be guilty of the offence whether married or not.
Section 26(1) (c) of Kenya’s Sexual Offences Act says: “Any person who, having actual knowledge that he or she is infected with HIV or any other life threatening sexually transmitted disease intentionally infects another person with any sexually transmitted disease, shall be guilty of an offence, whether or not he or she is married to that other person, and shall be liable upon conviction to imprisonment for a term of not less than fifteen years but which may be for life.”
Public apology
On Friday, the two (Hopkid and DK Kwenye Beat) issued a public apology following the expose of having a threesome and infecting the girl with a Cancer causing virus (HPV).
For the record -"Human papillomavirus (HPV) is a viral infection that is passed between people through skin-to-skin contact. There are more than 100 varieties of HPV, 40 of which are passed through sexual contact and can affect your genitals, mouth, or throat."

The lady shared her experience in the hands of HopeKid and DK Kwenye Beat, narrating how she got in touch with the two via social media and ended up into an intimate session at DK’s house.
The lady in question explained that she was unwillingly duped into a threesome with the two gospel artistes after they invited her over to Nairobi.
