Milele Fm Breakfast show hosts quits, Jalang’o and Mwakideu to take over

Milele Fm Breakfast Show hosts Mbaruk Mwalimu and Billy Miya hosted their last show on Friday, as the Mediamax owned station looks forward to unveil a new team on Monday next week.

According to a source who spoke to Pulselive.co.ke, Celebrated Radio Comedian Felix Oduor aka Jalang’o and Former Radio Maisha presenter Alex Mwakideu are set to take over the show.

Mwakideu, who parted ways with Standard owned Radio Maisha, last week has been spotted at Mediamax.

Re-union

Jalang’o, who called it quits at Radio Maisha to join Hot 96, will be linking up with his one-time co-host again at Milele FM.

Jalang’o has been hosting the morning Breakfast show on Hot 96 alongside Jeff Koinange, but he is expected to shift gears after accepting a new offer from Milele.

The two radio hosts had hinted of a possible re-union via their social media accounts. The departed Milele Breakfast Team, has been at the station for only two and a half months.

Former Citizen Radio presenters Francis Luchivya and radio Comedian Wilbroda are scheduled to take over the mid-morning show.

Milele is making news changes after the arrival of former Royal Media services Boss Peter Opondo and Joyce wa Gituro.
