Forced to cancel
His announcement came a day after the whole WCB crew was forced to cancel the Sumbawanga edition of Wasafi Festival 2018 following a heavy down pour.
The rain started moments after only a section of the artistes performed and had to be brought to a stop for the sake of the fans and the equipment.
