Citizen TV journalist Jacque Maribe has made her first public appearance, after she was released from jail.

In the public appearance, Ms. Maribe was in the company of Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria and other friends.

The Gatundu South MP shared their photos before they left for Samburu West MP Naisula Lesuuda’s wedding.

“Off to Samburu for the wedding of Hon Naisula Lesuuda, colleague and longtime close friend since media days,” wrote Moses Kuria.

Maribe's release

This comes barely three weeks after the journalist was released by Justice James Wakiaga on Sh2 million bond, after she was arrested in connection with the murder of Monica Kimani.

Her fiance Joseph Irungu who is the main suspect in the business woman's murder remain in custody after he was denied bail.
