It was not business as usual after Maina and King’angi were ordered to end a controversial topic by the Radio Africa Group legal department.
The topic involved flamboyant City lawyer Donald Kipkorir who had been accused by a former lover of abandoning his 6-year-old son.
“Calls have been received demanding that we stop this discussion since it is a matter in court. We now have to stop there and get to something else,” said Maina before they switched from the topic.

The story on Donald Kipkorir first ran on The Nairobian paper before it was later uploaded on their site. It has since been pulled down at the time this (Pulse Live) article went up.
According to the Nairobian, Eva Wangui Wachira in a court affidavit said she met Donald in 2011 through Facebook and their affair culminated into a baby in 2013.
Eva is now demanding a Sh100 million upkeep for the child even though the lawyer refused to take a DNA test claiming that it was an invasion of his privacy.
In addition to the Sh100 million upkeep, the lady also wanted a house in Runda, designer clothing for their son and a Sh5 Million Toyota Prado and Sh1.2 Million Toyota Premio to drive him to school.
The lawyer, however, turned down her demands and claimed that she was living with a man who had taken responsibility for the child.
