Mwai Kibaki Junior and his girlfriend Chanel Washington took a break from the busy city life for a #baecation in the bush.

The two lovebirds took a romantic getaway to one of the most beautiful places in the country, the Ol Tukai Lodge at the Amboseli National park.

A great choice for a romantic vacation or honeymoon since lovebirds can soak up the sun while watching the animals.

The lovely couple packed on the PDA as the sun set in the park.

Chanel and Mwai’s #baecation came a few weeks after celebrating their 1st anniversary together. On their big day, Kibaki Jr confessed that the first time they met he had promised not to fall for Chanel but life had other plans.

“I remember the first time we met, I promised myself I wouldn’t fall in love with you. It was 2 am and we were laughing way too hard, and I felt happy for the first time in a long time, and I knew I was screwed. And now if I know what love is, it’s because of you. Happy Anniversary my love,” Kibaki’s grandson wrote while his bae wrote, “Happy one year anniversary my baby you will always be my forever, never forget that.”
