Michael Jackson made his children, Prince, Paris and Michael Jackson II, wear mask to hide their faces from the public. He justified his decision saying he wanted his kids to have their own life without him.
Back home, a number of Kenyan celebrities have also hidden their children’s faces from the public eye; they include:
1. Jane Ngoiri
The NTV Swahili anchor gave birth to a bouncing baby boy on 9 July 2016. She has shared several photos of her son but none shows his face.
All the photos she shares, her son’s face is carefully hidden from the camera.
2. Brenda Wairimu
Juliani and his wife, Brenda Wairimu, welcomed a bundle of joy in February 2015. Brenda successfully managed to shield her daughter’s face from the prying eye of the public.
Her daughter’s face hasn't been unveiled to the public yet.
3. Janet Mbugua
Janet Mbugua gave birth to a bouncing baby boy on October 26 2015. Janet posted several photos of baby Ethan Huru Ndichu on social media but his face was always concealed.
The Citizen TV anchor waited until baby Ethan turned one in October 2016 to unveil his face to the public. First photos of Janet’s son that showed his face hit the internet during his birthday.
4. Jacque Maribe
She only showed her son’s face a fortnight ago; Jacque Maribe managed to keep her son’s face hidden for close to three and a half years.
5. Pierra Makena
Pierra Makena gave birth to baby Ricca Pokot in July 2016. She is yet to unveil her baby’s face to the public even though she has taken several photos with her daughter and shared them online.
6. Size 8
Size 8 gave birth to baby Ladasha Belle on 17November 2015 at the Karen Hospital. She kept her baby’s face hidden until January 2016 when she shared first photos of Ladasha’s face.
