Eyebrows play a really big role when it comes to shaping your face and with the endless weird types of eyebrow trends going round, comes a much needed schooling on the eyebrow mistakes a lot of women make and how to avoid them.
According to Lifehack, these are some of the common eyebrow mistakes a lot of women make and how they can be avoided.
1.Forgetting the natural eyebrow arch
Even though you don’t have a particularly defined eyebrow arch, does not mean that it does not exist. So instead of forcing a drawn arch on your face, try matching the bottom edge to the top arch other than plucking your eyebrows in a straight line.
2.Overfilling your eyebrows
Thick eyebrows are trending now but if you don’t have natural thick eyebrows then filling them in is the next best option. You need to be careful not to overfill them however because you might end up looking like you painted them on and not in a great artistic way.
Try light, short strokes other than pressing down too hard on your eyebrows for nicely filled in eyebrows.

3.Filling in your eyebrows with the wrong eyebrow pencil colour
Then there’s the barely there eyebrow squad.
Invest in a good eyebrow pencil and make sure to get the right shade for your skin tone.
4.Over-widening your eyebrow gap
This is mostly for those people that deal with a unibrow or a lot of hair on the inner ends of their eyebrows. Be careful not to over pluck your eyebrows so much so that there is a very wide gap in between your brows.
To avoid this, hold a pencil or make-up brush vertically on the inner ends of your eyebrows to know how far your eyebrows should be plucked.
5.Trying to get your eyebrows to be identical
Your eyebrows are sisters but they aren’t twins. Trying to make your eyebrows look identical will just create a whole big mess and you might end up over plucking which you don’t really want.
6.Doing your eyebrows before putting on any other make-up
Do your eyebrows after putting on the rest of your make-up. This will help in making sure that the colour of your eyebrows matches your foundation.
