Majority of Kenyans are writhing in disgust following NTV’s expose on Fake Doctor James Mugo Ndichu Popularly known has Mugo wa Wairimu.

On Monday, NTV aired an investigative story uncovering the rogue doctor who has been operating another illegal clinic in Kayole Nairobi, three years after he was arrested over the same.

In the expose it’s evident that Mugo wa Wairimu was still practicing medicine without having the required documents.

Under three different Hash tags, #Mugo #Wairimu and #QuackClinics, Kenyans have expressed disappointment in the Kenyan system for allowing a man who was caught operating an unlicensed clinic to be walking scot free and exploit innocent people.

NTV’s Okari disclosed that they had tracked Mugo for over three months and discovered how he still preyed on his vulnerable patients and exploited unsuspecting patients who visited his clinics. He was accused by a woman who spoke to Okari, of sedating and raping her.

Two of his employees were arrested by flying squad on Saturday following complaints from the Medical Practitioners and Dentist Board.

The two are reported to have been working in the clinic owned by the fake doctor.
