Nairobi MCAs have invaded the office of Speaker Beatrice Elachi demanding her immediate removal from office.

The Ward Reps raided Elachi’s office as she was having interviews with members of the press, wanting to physically remove her from office.

During the raid captured on camera, the MCAs were heard hurling insults against Elachi accusing her of denying them permission to go for foreign trips.

This comes days after MCAs voted in favour of her impeachment. During the House sitting, 103 members voted in favor, 2 voted against and 2 abstained.
