President Uhuru Kenyatta was on Saturday endorsed as the presidential candidate by his Jubilee Party and five other affiliate parties.
Uhuru was presented with the Jubilee certificate approving him as the outfit’s flagbearer at a National Delegates Conference (NDC) held at the Bomas of Kenya.
And as he made his way to the various affiliate parties' delegations, one thing stood out; his incredibly ‘new’ classy shirt.

Aside from all the speeches and events that marked the Jubilee NDC, Kenyans were quick to note Uhuru’s shirt that was a change from the usual silky one.
The white shirt had some red embroidery on the top left shoulder and white sleeve with a Jubilee logo on the left chest.
It was quite the change as the Head of state is known for wearing one common silk shirt when attending many functions.
Kenyans seemed to have gotten tired by the President’s tendency to wear the shirt and at some point one Twitter user wanted to have it 'hidden' by the First Lady.
Nevertheless, the smart and elegant shirt worn by the President at the NDC is said to have been designed by Carol Pulei,a Kenyan designer with Naneuleshan Apparel; a clothes shop in Nairobi.
