A tragedy involving a commercial bus has claimed the lives of eight people after the vehicle fell of a bridge in Delta state.
The incident, which occurred on Tuesday, August 29, 2017, around the Agbor/Ogwashi-Uku axis of the Benin-Asaba-Onitsha highway also rendered others seriously injured.
All the survivors of the road accident were taken to a private hospital in the state but their chances of survival is considered very low according to an eyewitness who spoke to the Daily Times News.

The corpses of the deceased, six males and two females, have already been deposited at a mortuary in the state.
Mr. Rindom Kumven, the Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) submitted that the accident occurred due to fatigue experienced by the driver who lost control of the vehicle as a result.
