NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga has now alleged that the Jubilee administration was involved in the killing of Mumias Sugar Company Secretary Ronald Lubya.

Speaking in Machakos town on Monday during the NASA rally, Odinga claimed that the deceased was shot dead after he refused to sign a deal for the illegal importation of sugar from Sudan through Uganda.

"It is only last year that they killed my friend Jacob Juma after he revealed a plan to assassinate me. Investigations have not been completed to date."They have now shot and killed the Mumias Sugar secretary for objecting the signing for illegal importation of sugar from Sudan through Uganda. This is something we will not allow to continue," the former Prime Minister was quoted by the Star.NASA co-principal Musalia Mudavadi echoed Odinga's sentiments noting that the incident happened days after warning MDs in companies not to sign withdrawals for Jubilee campaigns.
