Miguna Miguna finally 'heads back to Canada' from Dubai Airport

Embattled fiery lawyer Miguna Miguna allegedly on Monday departed from Dubai International Airport to Canada, in a reverse journey he made a week ago.

Capital FM on Monday reported that the deported NRM self-declared general “left Dubai for Toronto after he produced his Canadian passport to facilitate his travel.”

Miguna was deported to Dubai on Wednesday night by the Kenyan immigration department after he declined to produce his Canadian passport and sign documents that would allow him entry into Kenya.

The plane carrying the self proclaimed General of National Resistance Movement departed Dubai at 12:50am Monday for Canada.

Dr Miguna accuse on Saturday NASA leader Raila Odinga of sitting pretty with his oppressors even though his tribulations began with him administering the controversial January 30 oath.

This is the third deportation Miguna is facing even as the court ruled in his favour that he be allowed entry into the country.

Recently, Kenya Airport Police Unit (KAPU) commandant Philip Ndolo was removed from command for mishandling the fiasco that marred Miguna’s return.

Dr Miguna had vowed not to make any other journey apart from that which will lead him back to Nairobi. At the time of publishing this story, the 'general' had not issued any statement of his wherebouts.
