Ali Kiba’s songs praised by Tanzanian government days after banning Diamond's songs

‘Seduce me’ heavy hitter Ali Kiba has been praised and lauded by Tanzanian government days after it banned two of Diamond Platnumz’s songs.

The Magufuli led government through its Assistant Minister of Sports, Arts and Culture Juliana Shonza have spoken well about the nature of Ali Kiba’s music works.

Shonza referred to Ali Kiba as a big international artist who represents Tanzania well and whose song doesn’t have ‘ratchet’ lyrics.

She further stated that the government of Tanzania not only want their music to grow but also prosper while preserving the Tanzanian culture.

Part of her statement read;

The musician, who is Nairobi Governor Hassan Joho’s close friend has been in the music industry for a long time.
