We've watched so many Dr. Pimple Popper videos that when we see a patient with a lump on their head, we're quick to assume it's a pilar cyst -but in this case, it was something different.

In a new YouTube video posted Friday, Dr. Sandra Lee, MD-aka Dr. Pimple Popper-treats a patient with a lipoma in his forehead. (A lipoma is a noncancerous growth caused by an overgrowth of fat cells, according to Medical News Today .)

After dealing with quite a bit of bleeding from the incision, Lee gets to work on the lipoma. This one proves to be somewhat pesky, requiring Lee to pull it out in little pieces with her tweezers-and wow, the blood keeps coming. Lipomas are more satisfying when they come out in big chunks, if you ask us, but still, the most important thing is that Lee got it out from under his skin. When she's done taking out the growth, she stitches up the incision.

Quite a few viewers were disturbed by the amount of blood in the video (which is funny, because we assume they're okay with the copious amounts of pus usually present in Dr. Pimple Popper's content).
