Actress Mandy Moore just took to her Instagram Stories to share a no-makeup selfie with her fans after a workout. Mandy wasnt afraid to show off her makeup-free sweaty skin. And she shouldnt be-shes rocking that post-workout glow like a champ.
In the October issue of Women's Health , Mandy talked about how much she loves working out: "When I break a sweat, I feel like I've done something good with my day." As for her favorite ways to sweat? "I love getting outside and hiking around Los Angeles and going to Rise Nation , a climbing-based cardio class."
In her no-makeup selfie, she confessed to not having taken off the previous nights eyeliner before her workout and, tbh, her runny liner is pretty much how I look after every episode of This Is Us. #allthefeels
