President Uhuru Kenyatta took part in the First Lady’s Beyond Zero Half Marathon for the first time in history.

This was in fulfillment of a promise he made in 2019 that he will be on the race track in the 2020 edition of the Beyond Zero Half Marathon.

The president participated in the 2.6KM race and finished in 30Minutes, 50.1 seconds.

He ran the race in the company of other dignitaries who graced the event and put up a strong show, enduring the fatigue to cross the finish lie at Nyayo National Stadium.
