GrandPa records recording label founder and C.E.O Regifah has decided to venture into real estate business.

In a post seen by Pulselive.co.ke, Refigah advertised his new business referring to the houses as GrandPa Suites.

The recording label has had its ups and downs as its artists left for greener pastures with reports indicating that it is bound to fall from its glory.
